Walk

On this guided walk, participants will explore Wandsworth’s industrial history, including its manufacturing legacy and the early railway infrastructure.

Despite the disappearance of many industrial buildings over time, remnants can still be found, and the tour will include visits to these sites.

The walk will highlight the enduring presence of the impressive Ram Brewery buildings, with participants passing through their courtyard.

The guide, Rob, will offer insights into contemporary developments such as the Smugglers Way Waste Transfer Station, the Thames Tideway Tunnel, and the London Power Tunnels—significant projects shaping Wandsworth’s landscape.
