Three half hour sets of well known Shanty Songs, with chorus sheets for all guests along with an invitation to join in the singing.
House beer and house drinks are half price until 8pm.
William Morris is an Edwardian bar on the River Wandle, in picturesque Merton Abbey Mills, which is ten minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube station, on the River Wandle. Or you can catch a 52, 131 or 219 bus from Wimbledon or Tooting Broadway to Merton Abbey Mills bus stop.
There is a lively crowd who join in the choruses, and good quality hot food is available which is cooked on the premises. They have a hot main course and two drinks deal for £15 on the night, but you have to buy it in advance.
There will be about 24 songs, and then requests from audience members, who are invited on stage to sing (only if they want to).
