Battersea Power Station was once a coal-fired power station that supplied electricity to a fifth of London. Today, the historic turbine halls have been transformed into a vibrant shopping centre that includes top designers such as Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein. This post lists the best shops in Battersea Power Station that you don’t want to miss!

Best Shops in Battersea Power Station

When researching this post, I visited all of the shops at Battersea Power Station, and picked out the ones I thought should definitely be on your list if you are visiting for the first time.

I especially recommend the Battersea General Store, and the LEGO shop which has a model of Battersea Power Station made entirely from LEGO bricks!

I am aware there will be lots of new brands opening stores at the Power Station in the coming months, so I’ll make sure to keep an eye on any new shops, and add them to the list if I think they are worth visiting!

Here is my list of the 23 best shops in Battersea Power Station.

1. Apple Battersea

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

At the Apple store you can try out new Apple products, and buy accessories. They also have Apple Specialists who provide technical support.

2. Battersea Bookshop

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

The Battersea Bookshop has a large selection of art and architecture books, and a special area for children’s books. There is also an event hub for community events. This store not only sells books, but also games and gifts with an industrial theme.

3. The Battersea General Store

Circus Road West, Circus West Village

The Battersea General Store sells a wide range of products from the best international brands. Their selection includes Spanish potato chips, Japanese whisky, Mac’n’Cheese from America, and crispbread from Norway.

4. Clarendon Fine Art

Upper Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

Clarendon Fine Art sells international modern, and contemporary art. They specialise in original works and limited editions. Some of their rare signed editions include works from Lowry, Chagall, Picasso, Hockney and Warhol.

5. Chanel

Upper Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

The Chanel store sells fragrance, makeup and skincare. There are experts are on hand to help you create your bespoke beauty routine.

6. Kiehl’s

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

Kiehl’s is one of the few remaining beauty brands that have been around since the 19th century. They opened their first store in New York’s East Village in 1851. They sell dermatologist recommended skin care, body care, and hair care.

7. LEGO

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

The LEGO shop in Battersea Power Station has a play area, and all the latest LEGO sets. Inside the store there is the chance to build your own LEGO Minifigures, and see a model of Battersea Power Station built entirely with LEGO!

8. Lift 109 Store

Level 1, Turbine Hall A

Lift 109 Store is the gift shop for the 109 Chimney Experience, otherwise known as the great glass elevator. In the shop you can buy tickets for Lift 109, as well as Battersea Power Station inspired gifts including hoodies, mugs and soap.

9. Lululemon

Upper Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

Lululemon sells technical athletic apparel, footwear and accessories for yoga and running. They work with yogis and athletes around the world to produce the best quality products for training.

10. Moyses Stevens

Circus Road West, Circus West Village

Moyses Stevens is London’s oldest florist, being first established in 1876. They are a regular participant at the Chelsea Flower Show, and have also opened a Flower School at Battersea Power Station to teach floristry. In their store you can order bouquets and floral arrangements.

11. Oseyo

Ground Floor, Electric Boulevard

Oseyo is located on the new pedestrianised high street, Electric Boulevard, which leads up to the Power Station. It is the largest Korean and Asian supermarket chain in the country, and sells foods, toys, stationery, houseware and electronics.

12. Venchi

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

Venchi sells a wide selection of chocolates, and has a wall of chocolate bars. You will find handmade pralines, chocolate fountains and authentic Italian Gelato flavours. They make the gelato fresh every day with natural ingredients.

13. Ralph Lauren

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

The Ralph Lauren store offers a selection from the Ralph Lauren Collection, as well as men’s and women’s polo shirts, and Ralph Lauren watches and jewellery.

14. Sweaty Betty

Upper Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

Sweaty Betty sells activewear for women. The brand is all about empowering and uplifting women through fitness. The Battersea store has luxury power pod fitting rooms, with ultra-flattering lighting and super soft surfaces. There are also style advisors on hand, and an activewear recycling point for all used clothing.

15. Space NK

Upper Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

Space NK sells the world’s greatest skincare, makeup, and haircare brands, including The Ordinary, Charlotte Tilbury, Drunk Elephant, Tatcha and Olaplex.

16. The North Face

Upper Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

The North Face sells gear for outdoor athletes. This includes a wide range of outerwear, footwear, bags, tents and travel accessories.

17. Calvin Klein

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

The Calvin Klein store sells their recognisable underwear with bold waistbands, as well as jeans, hoodies and knitwear.

18. Jo Malone London

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

Jo Malone London in Battersea Power Station has a unique design inspired by the 1950s, which sets it apart from the brand’s other stores. The store sells perfumes, candles, bath and body products and room scents. You are able to personalise the fragrances, as each scent is designed to be worn either alone or layered with another scent.

19. Tommy Hilfiger

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

The Tommy Hilfiger shop in Battersea Power Station sells a range of collections including the Hilfiger Collection, Tommy Hilfiger Tailored, men’s, women’s and kids’ sportswear, denim, accessories, and footwear.

20. Lacoste

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall A

Lacoste was founded in 1933, which is the same year that Battersea Power Station was first commissioned. The store contains tailor made fixtures that preserve the original columns of the Power Station, as well as the UK’s first Lacoste pod dressing rooms. The store sells their classic polos, shoes, and leather goods.

21. Levi’s

Ground Floor, Turbine Hall B

Denim giant Levi can be found on the ground floor of Turbine Hall B. You will find jeanswear, shirts and accessories.

22. Zara

Ground & Upper Ground Floors, Electric Boulevard

Zara’s expansive new flagship store is located on Battersea’s Electric Boulevard. The whole store covers 4,500 square metres, and spans over two floors. Inside, you will find boutique spaces for the brand’s recent launches, a fitting room reservation service, and a “pay and go” service where you can buy items by scanning your mobile phone.

The Body Shop in Battersea Power Station is a beautifully designed store at the end of Turbine Hall B. It sells ethically made skin care, make-up, hair care and body products.

Battersea Power Station is a Grade II listed historic landmark situated on the banks of the River Thames. Its distinctive Art Deco architecture once housed a coal-fired facility that powered a fifth of London, including Buckingham Palace.
